Project Overview:
After the tenant vacated, Able Contracts were given the dilapidation reinstatement contract works to the office and warehouse. Working with our client Wild Trice Bugg Ltd, Able Contracts removed a mezzanine area which involved dismantling the steel work and using a Telehandler to transport the metal beams. We had a good understanding of the structure of the mezzanine as this was something we had installed ourselves four years earlier. Able also cleaned the internal cladding and roof lights, and used pressure washers and our company ThermaTech Doff machine to clean the court yard and external cladding. Works also involved electrics, plumbing, and polishing the warehouse floor.
