Established in 1991, Able Contracts Refurbishment Ltd is a Principal Contractor providing comprehensive refurbishments for a range of commercial, private, public, and educational sector clients.  We have established a strong reputation for quality and timely completion of our projects, helping to refurbish spaces throughout London, South, Southeast and the Southwest of England.

Each project is carefully planned and managed by our Contracts Managers and on a day-to-day basis by our comprehensively trained Site Managers which ensures we deliver a professional and personal service resulting in maintaining our long-standing relationships with our clients, suppliers, and contractors.

Expert Knowledge

With over 100 years of combined experience Able has encountered most situations in the refurbishment industry. Not to be complacent, training is vital to keep up with modern techniques and regulations. Our staff at Able Contracts are qualified operators and attend regular training and product courses to improve their ability and knowledge.

Our office management staff are all site experienced and understand the complexities in delivering projects. No two schemes are identical, client’s have different drivers for different projects. It is Able Contracts goal to perceive and delivery with priority.

Delivering Success

Successful delivery is achieved with planning and knowledge. Every project, big and small, is given the same consideration. Interpreting the clients requirements is paramount. Selecting the right tool (sub-contractor) for the projects is vital. Our management and procurement systems are utilised to ensure we realise success on our projects. Success can be measured in many ways, it is our responsibility to succeed in every way.

Quality and Control

Quality provides satisfaction. Our approach to a project is to deliver a quality product within programme and budget in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. Our controlled Quality Management System is ISO 9001 accredited. From receipt of an enquiry to project handover each process is assessed and bench marked to achieve our clients wishes. All our supply chain is pre-approved to our stringent qualification process and is adjudicated by performance on a project by project basis. Any drop in standard is investigated and addressed to ensure no re occurrence.
